Deliveries are insured by UPS from Monday to Friday ,excluding holidays. Shipping costs are calculated based on the ratio weight/volume of the order. The amount of the shipping costs is clearly indicated prior to the confirmation of your order. UPS will send an e-mail with the tracking N°, the estimated delivery date and time slot, to the e-mail address entered when creating your account. It is the duty of the customer to ensure a presence for the reception of the order. In case of absence, your order can possibly be deposited in a relay point if it does not exceed the maximum space accepted in a relay point. A second presentation may be invoiced. If UPS is unable to deliver (customer absence / closure of the establishment / indication of a wrong delivery address ....) the goods will be returned to the warehouse. EOCREP reserves the right to charge the return costs as well as the costs of a new delivery to the customer. If the customer does not wish to be re-delivered, EOCREP will refund the value of the goods less the return costs.
Shipping of your order:
Orders received before noon and paid by credit card, are prepared and shipped the same day from Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Standard Delivery takes 72h +/- 2 days depending on your country and location. If chosen Express Saver, orders are shipped the same day and delivered within 48 hours.
Tracking your order:
After confirmation of your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail to the email address you entered when creating your account. This e-mail will include the reference of your order. By creating an account, you will have access to the summary of your orders. To download your invoice on the website, allow 48 hours after receipt of your payment. To track your order, please refer to the tracking N° provided directly by UPS.
